The homepage

The homepage is the starting point of online shopping with ThePrestige.co.zw. From this page, you can browse through our entire range by selecting the product category you're interested in. The homepage also contains links to our special offers and price cuts, as well as weekly highlights and customer services / information pages. At any point during your visit, you can return to the homepage by clicking the WodALot logo at the top of your screen.

How do I search for products?

There are several ways of finding products on ThePrestige.co.zw. You can browse our online catalogue or search for specific products.

Browse
You can browse through our entire online catalogue by selecting one of our main product categories, from the navigation bar at the top of your screen. Each time you select a category from these main menus, you'll then be shown a list of relevant sub-categories and criteria that you can select for further browsing.

For example, the top navigation bar will display a list of all main product categories, such as E-liquids, E-cigarettes, Coils, etc. When selecting E-cigarettes, for example, you will be shown a drop down, listing all of the relevant sub-categories such as Disposables, Starter E-cigarette Kits, etc. You can then select any of these sub-categories and browse until you find the product(s) you're looking for. You can also view products by different criteria, such as by brand, by size, etc.

Search
You can search for products by name, brand or SKU number. Just enter the type of product (e.g. skipping rope, kettlebell) or the brand name (e.g. Vampire Vape, Aspire, Geekbar) into the search by word box and we'll return all of the products which match your chosen word. Entering a valid SKU number into this search field will take you straight to that product.

How do I order for home delivery and pay online?

Once you've found the products you were looking for, you can buy them online. To do so:

  • Click the 'Add to Cart' button for each product selected. You'll then be directed to your 'cart'. Remember, you can remove products from your cart or stop the ordering process at any time. Please note: All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  • Where savings are shown, higher prices were charged online.

  • Click on the product name to view details of footnotes and additional important information.

  • Once you have added all of your items to your cart, select the 'Checkout' option and click 'Proceed to Checkout' to continue.

  • If you have a coupon code enter it into the Coupon Code box and click Apply coupon button. This will automatically apply any valid coupon discounts or savings.

  • You will then be asked to enter your billing and shipping details which can be different. Please note: we only ship to addresses in Zimbabwe.

  • If you have any notes to include with your order (e.g. specific shipping details) please enter these in the Order notes box.

  • There will be a summary of your order shown with products listed, sub-totals, shipping rates and totals.

  • You will then need to select your preferred payment option.

  • Once you have confirmed your order is correct click on the Place order button.

  • If you chose to pay using Paynow you will be directed to www.paynow.co.zw to complete your payment. Your details will be encrypted to keep them secure. Once your payment has successfully been complete on Paynow website you will be returned to ThePrestige.co.zw and a confirmation email will be sent to your regsitered email address.

  • If you chose to pay using Bank Transfer you will be directed to a page detailing our bank details and a confirmation email will be sent to your regsitered email address. Please note: be sure to include your order number as a reference when doing the bank transfer and we will only ship your order once the funds are reflecting in our bank account.

Paynow as a method of payment

How does it work? It is simple, on the payment section, select Paynow as your chosen payment method and when prompted login to your Paynow account, you will see all your order details and be asked to confirm payment. On confirming payment you will then be presented with your order confirmation page on ThePrestige.co.zw

You will receive an email from us confirming your order along with a further email from Paynow confirming your payment.

How do I register?

Registering with us will make your online visits to ThePrestige.co.zw much quicker and easier. To begin the registration process, visit the My Account link in the top menu. You will need to provide us with your email address and click on the Register button. The site will create a username and password for you which will be emailed to you. You will be redirected to the Account Dashboard page. From your Account Dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

How do I log in to my account on ThePrestige.co.zw?

Once you've registered with us, you'll be able to log in to ThePrestige.co.zw at any time. Just click the My Account link in the top menu and enter your user name and password. If you've forgotten your password, just click the 'Lost your password?' link under the Login button.

Logging in makes placing an order even faster and easier than usual, as all of your addresses and delivery details will already be filled in. Whilst logged-in, you can change any of these details as well as any other addresses or details you may have entered previously.
